A file will not convert

Tell us the file format, the converter you used, your browser and device, and what happened, for example an error message or an empty result. If the file is not private, attaching a sample helps us find the problem much faster. Files you send by email are used only to fix the issue and are deleted afterwards.

Missing a format, a setting or a PDF tool? Describe what you need to convert and why. Requests that many people ask for are added first.

Partnerships and other questions

For partnerships, links, press or anything else, write to the same address and include a link to your site or project.

Please do not email passwords or documents with personal data that you do not need to share. To convert private files, use the converters on the site: they run in your browser and never upload your files.
