How to convert PSD to JPG

    1. Add your PSD files

Drop them on the converter, click Choose files or paste from the clipboard. You can add as many as you like.

    2. Adjust the settings

Choose a JPG quality. 90% looks identical to the original for most images; 75–80% gives smaller files for email.

    3. Download your JPG files

Each file converts automatically. Save files one by one or all at once as a ZIP.

    Why convert PSD to JPG?

PSD is Adobe Photoshop’s native format with layers, masks and effects. Without Photoshop you cannot preview it, so a flat JPG or PNG copy is handy for sharing.

Layers are flattened into one image, exactly as the document looks with its visible layers.

Converting to JPG gives you a file that every phone, computer, website and upload form accepts, at a size that is easy to email and share.

    Frequently asked questions

JPG is lossy, so the image is re-encoded. At 85–95% quality the difference is not visible in normal viewing. You can change the quality and the files reconvert instantly.

    Are Photoshop layers kept?

No. The result is a single flat image of the whole document. Keep the PSD if you need to edit layers later.

Can I convert many PSD files at once?

Yes. Add as many files as you like; each one converts automatically and you can download them all as a ZIP.

How do I open PSD files without converting?

You need software that supports PSD. If you only need to view, share or upload the image, converting it is usually quicker than installing a new program.
